These terms govern your use of the mobile game Fly Trap, published by Yunus Yurduseven ("we"). By downloading or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Fly Trap on devices you own, for your own entertainment. The game, its code, artwork, audio, and names remain our property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the game except where the law expressly permits it.
Coins, revive tokens, power-ups, trails, and similar in-game items are virtual content with no real-world value. They are licensed to you, not sold, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and may be adjusted for balance. When you delete the game or ask us to remove your data, virtual items are lost with it.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play under their payment terms. Prices are shown before you confirm. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; we cannot issue card refunds ourselves. The "remove ads" purchase disables interstitial ads; optional reward ads remain available by design.
The free game is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Ad content comes from third parties and we do not endorse what it promotes.
The online boards (leaderboards, weekly league, achievements) are anonymous and shared with other players. You agree not to falsify scores, exploit bugs for ranking, interfere with the service, or choose an offensive display handle. We may remove entries or restrict access to online features to keep the boards honest.
We may update, change, or discontinue the game or any feature (including online features and events) at any time. We aim to keep the game playable offline, but online features depend on third-party services we do not control.
You can stop using the game at any time by deleting it. We may suspend online features for use that violates these terms.
Fly Trap is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or ten euros if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
If these terms change materially we will update this page and the effective date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
