By downloading or playing Empires At War: Age Clash (“the game”), you agree to these terms. Apple’s Standard EULA also applies.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for your own entertainment on devices you own or control.

Virtual items & purchases

• Gold, currencies, and unlocks are virtual items with no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• In-app purchases are final and handled by Apple; refunds are subject to Apple’s policies.
• We may add, change, or remove virtual items, prices, and game features over time.

Fair play

Don’t cheat, exploit, modify the game, or manipulate leaderboards. We may reset scores, remove rewards, or restrict accounts that do.

Your account & data

Your progress is tied to an anonymous account. You can delete your data and account in Settings → Delete Cloud Data & Account. See our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the game.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued play after changes means you accept them.
